Return Process

Clear photos/videos of the issue
Our team will verify and approve the return request.

Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to our fault (damaged/wrong item), we will arrange pickup or bear the return shipping cost.
In other cases, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.

Inspection & Approval

Once the product is received, it will be inspected.
Refund or replacement will be processed only after approval.
