Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
Once approved, the refund process will begin.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank/payment provider.

Mode of Refund

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be asked to provide bank details for refund processing.

Non-Refundable Cases

Products that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery
Returns requested after the allowed return period
Customized or made-to-order products

Cancellation Refunds

If an order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.
If cancelled after dispatch, shipping charges (if any) may be deducted
